Delivering your floral and gift orders on time is important to us. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed and weather conditions. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you.

Please have your confirmation code number available. Please give your real contact number and email for us to contact you If we have any difficulties with your order.

Everyday Including Saturday and Sunday
before 12.00 pm same day delivery
after 12.00 pm next day delivery
Except on big Holiday.
Holiday Delivery Information
During peak holiday periods, due to increased volume of floral and gift orders being delivered, we cannot offer our same-day delivery service during the following major floral holiday periods: Idul Fitri, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Idul Adha, and others Big Day.
Floral Order Delivery Times
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the florist may choose to:
- Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient’s door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.
- Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking the recipient to call the florist’s shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
- Call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time.
If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
